We combine considered design, quality materials and skilled craftsmanship to deliver cabinetry that looks beautiful and lasts. Because we manufacture and install in-house, we control every detail.
Designed, made and installed by our own team.
Quality boards, stone tops and soft-close hardware.
We know local homes and businesses.
One team from consultation to handover.
Every service on this page follows the same five stages, whether it's a single passage cupboard or a full kitchen with a scullery behind it. Knowing the sequence up front makes it much easier to plan around.
We come to you. Walls are measured, service positions noted, and we talk through how you actually use the space — where things are stored now, what irritates you about it, what has to change. Physical finish samples come with us so you can see them in your own light rather than on a screen.
You get a layout and a quote broken into line items — carcasses, doors, hardware, internals, installation — rather than a single lump sum. That matters, because it lets you adjust scope deliberately instead of guessing where to cut.
Everything is made in our own workshop, typically two to four weeks after design approval. Sprayed finishes take longer because curing can't be rushed. Nothing is subcontracted out, which is why the finished units match the drawing.
Our own installers, not a booked-in third party. Units are scribed to your walls, levelled and aligned so gaps are even. Most bedroom and living-room work takes one to two days; a full kitchen takes two to five.
We walk the finished work with you, adjust anything that needs it, and stand behind both the product and the workmanship afterwards.

We publish real 2026 price ranges rather than making you request a quote to find out whether we're in your budget.
Cabinetry is priced by the linear metre — the length of wall your units run along. Built-in cupboards and wardrobes start around R2,950 per metre installed in standard melamine and run to R14,000+ per metre for sprayed duco. Kitchen units start around R4,700 per metre because base units, appliance housings and service cut-outs involve more work.
The two guides below break that down by finish, project type and room size, with no email address required:
If you're weighing up options before committing, these articles cover the decisions that move the number most: choosing a cupboard finish, replacing versus refacing, and what a full kitchen renovation costs in Gauteng.
Yes. Design, manufacturing, finishing and installation are all done in-house by PZN Designs. Nothing is subcontracted, which means one accountable team from the first measurement to handover, and cabinetry that matches the drawing you approved.
Manufacturing usually takes two to four weeks after design approval, plus one to two days on site for bedroom and living-room work, or two to five days for a full kitchen. Sprayed duco finishes add time because the coating has to cure properly. We agree the timeline before we start.
No. Measurement, consultation and the itemised quotation are free and carry no obligation. We would rather show you honest numbers up front than have you commit to a project that turns out to be outside your budget.
Absolutely. A large share of our work is one room at a time — a bedroom wall of cupboards, a kitchen, a home office or a single bathroom vanity. There's no minimum project size, though very small jobs are usually more economical combined with other work in the same visit.
We supply and fit countertops in laminate, granite and engineered quartz as part of a kitchen. Appliances are normally supplied by the client, though we design the cabinetry precisely around integrated and panel-ready units so everything sits flush.
